Add favourite using context menu

SumatraPDF offers navigating to favourites (called "mark" in vi / Sioyek): Ctrl+K and then $ (see https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/docs/Command-Palette).

However, it is not easy to create a favourite to a concrete position in the PDF.

On click, same as Ctrl+B opens, but the target is under the cursor.

We could extend existing Ctrl + b dialog to offer a way to (optionally) specify position.

The questions are:

• how granular should we be. just x/y or more option (pdf location can include e.g. zoom setting)
• how to modify the dialog. we could add x/y pre-populated with current cursor position, some way to not including it (keyboard accessible)

Other option is to add second command with expanded UI.

Adding or not adding to context menu is an orthogonal question.

Also zoom would be nice!

Mabe, it would also be nice if the name could be pre-populated with the figure / table caption (if found any).

x/y as label is "boring", maybe just "page x, location y"?
