Agreed not 459 :-) which is a static border ornamentation but this focusing line was asked before and thought it was part of Windows but then I can't use many accessibility functions in mine.

@BenK10 you may note I only suggested my solution for #3389 which is the prompt to action and is an old request for RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) or is it ASAP :-) the issue with above method is it needs OCR to follow images but a simple letterbox in grey is easy for comics and all formats.
