I can't adjust the height and width of the asciidoc embedded diagram

Expected

I can adjust the height and width of the asciidoc embedded diagram image::embed:SystemContext-004[width=100,height=100]

Actual

[width=100,height=100] don't seem to be working

Steps to reproduce

1. Embed diagrams in the asciidoc
2. Try to adjust "width" or "height" image::embed:SystemContext-004[width=100,height=100]

I have no budget and there's no rush, please fix this for free

More information

Auto-width/height sometimes creates too large images that don't fit on A4 pages. This prevents me from exporting documentation with embedded diagrams to html/pdf.
