The Context Window

This field has a context window of its own: what you knew a month ago isn't wrong, it has simply scrolled out of attention, and the only way to stay in the window is to keep showing up.

This is the org's governance headquarters for you and your agents, a guiding light for anyone growing their understanding, and an open forum for how we build with AI in a landscape that reinvents itself every few months.

What Belongs Here

Bring it here if you've found:

• A tool that changed how you work
• A workflow that stopped paying for itself
• A pattern worth sharing
• A claim that deserves scrutiny

Discussions are for:

• Questions about principles, patterns, or stack choices
• Proposals for new standards or approaches
• Feedback on what's working (or not)
• Sharing discoveries that should propagate

Before You Propose

Ask yourself:

• What's the maintainability of this proposal?
• What's the impact of accepting it?
• Is this already covered elsewhere?
• Can I demonstrate this with a real example?
• Would I follow this myself?
• Does this scale across teams and clients?
• Is this the right altitude? (principle vs pattern vs stack choice)

North Star: TTV (Tokens to Value)

Maximize what every token buys us. Get this right and cost takes care of itself.

Every tool choice, workflow, and practice we discuss gets measured against that.

How This Works

• Governance: The official process for proposing, refining, and ratifying content.
• Discussions: The living forum where ideas are shaped before they solidify.
• Disagreement is welcome. Nobody sees the whole board alone.
