Hi! I'm Simon André.
I build open source tools around Symfony, PHP, developer experience, and the web.
I'm part of the Symfony UX Core Team, contribute to Symfony and Twig, and maintain projects such as Playwright PHP, PHPColor, Atelier SVG, and the Alto packages.
I care a lot about making tools that are simple, thoughtfully designed, well documented, and pleasant to use. That means building new things, of course, but also fixing bugs, improving APIs, writing documentation, reviewing contributions, and taking care of all the less visible work that keeps open source projects healthy.
