The defer function logic is incorrect

Should the defer operation in the defer function be first in, last out?
Often the logic that is turned on first needs to be turned off last.

I agree. This should be fixed, as the current behavior is misaligned with JS using syntax (link):

If the scope contains multiple using or await using declarations, all disposers are run in the reverse order of declaration, regardless of the type of declaration.
