Remove EOL SDK helper directories (#126)

- Remove AppCenter/ (end-of-life service)
- Remove HockeyApp/ (deprecated, replaced by AppCenter)
- Remove Buglife/ (end-of-life service)
- Remove Sentry/ (SMF server instance no longer exists)

These SDK helpers are no longer functional and were already
removed from documentation in the previous commit.
