Complete migration from old server to new hosting

- Migrate 20 scicomm images to local hosting (/public/images/scicomm/)
- Update HMDB51 dataset links to Google Drive
- Update Multi-Cue dataset link to Google Drive
- Update HMDB51 PDF/BibTeX citations to use local files
- Remove broken Breakfast dataset links with migration notes
- Remove obsolete multi-cue PDF documentation link
- Update all dataset pages to use new hosting

All active pages now free of serre-lab.clps.brown.edu links.
