Short post describing how to collaborate with "clients" #283

@lwjohnst86

Description

@lwjohnst86

Meaning:

  • A project board in each "clients" GitHub organization (if they have one), to keep them involved and not have to find our stuff. "Go to where they are at".
  • Also have separate update meetings with them (and maybe regular "feedback sessions" like retrospectives but not as extensive, to assess if things need improvement/change. Same with long-term planning meetings).
  • Keep update meetings as short as possible, and only do at most one update meeting per week per "client"
