Allow configuration of location of `sharedboards`

The advantage of cloning into Dropbox is that you only have to clone once.

However, people could reasonably not want to store the entire repo in their Dropbox. As it is only the sharedboards folder that needs to be located in Dropbox, allow users to put this wherever they want.
