Force "Recalculate" on first open

When opening the generated VDX file, the connectors are added to the document but do not "appear" to be connected.

Visio Version: 2010 Professional
OS: Windows 10 / Server 2016
Workaround: Going into Layout -> Connectors and selecting an option fixes the rendering.

If there is VBA code to fire off the menu option then that is an acceptable solution as I am already applying ThemeColors and ThemeEffects on load via VBA in the template.
