Cooldown for Conscious Gate

[LeightonSolo]

I love the idea and execution of the conscious gate, I just have one small request. A cool down for the gate. I have reddit as an app I instinctively open to waste time, so the gate helps a lot. However, sometimes I really do need to use it and go back and forth between apps, and the gate at that point is very frustrating, but I dont want to fully remove.
Can we have the gate appear, but then not appear again for another 5 minutes or so?
that way if I'm trying to copy information between reddit and another app or referencing it back and forth I'm not getting the pop up every time.
If that is implemented I feel like the feature is perfect and complete.
