Doc not available

The documentation in the README.md has broken links, and does not provide a link to the official Blink documentation website.

Here is a list of links that are broken in the README:

• blink.chartoggle
• blink.select
• blink.tree

blink.cmp does have a pretty cool documentation (README and website), but blink.tree for example has almost no documentation (no configuration ?) which makes it hard for newcomers to understand how everything works.

Ha I didn't think anyone would be brave enough to try these, kudos! blink.select is very incomplete. blink.chartoggle would be neat to document, but I may remove that module at some point since it's so trivial. blink.tree I'm planning to fully rewrite at some point at which point I'll document it.
