Feature Request: Refresh/Re-fetch Metadata for Power LoRA Loader

Currently the Power LoRA Loader only fetches metadata if no local JSON exists. If the initial fetch fails (e.g. CivitAI unavailable, network issue, VPN issue) or the metadata later changes, the only way to re-fetch it is to manually delete the JSON file.

Could we have a Refresh Metadata action that:

Re-downloads metadata from CivitAI regardless of whether a JSON file already exists.
Optionally asks before overwriting locally edited fields.

This would make the metadata behave like a normal cache that can be refreshed, rather than a one-time import.

In fact, if you wanted to go one step further, I'd suggest a feature called Metadata Manager. Instead of editing one LoRA at a time, it could:

Scan all LoRAs.
Show which have no metadata.
Show which metadata is stale (e.g. older than 30 days).
Retry failed downloads.
Refresh selected or all metadata.
Export/import metadata for backup.

For someone with a few dozen LoRAs that's a convenience. For someone with several hundred or several thousand, it becomes an essential maintenance tool. That seems much more in keeping with the "Power" part of the Power LoRA Loader.

I don't know if you've used Mod Organiser 2 for Skyrim but that is a fine piece of software that does an excellent job of managing the multitude of mods you can apply to the game. It has features like Profiles, for selecting different sets of mods, and conflict resolution. There may be something to be learned from that.
