Widget dialog should always be fully visible or page scrollable

Specially the frontend config (e.g. document_list and link_list) widget dialogs are vertically not centered and its bottom part incl. buttonpane is located outside the browser window. The widget has to be moved before everything is visible and the (save/do admin etc) buttons accessible.

I think we already added a method to reposition dialogs (we do this for the richtext editor, I think). We can probably hook into that.
