Request: Add `.pyi` type stubs to this project as a demonstration of how to integrate them

Potential steps/parts required:

1. Generate them with pybind11-stubgen <module_name> -o ./stubs/
2. Add them to the pyproject.toml file.
3. Add the generation to the GitHub Actions to generate when a PR to the main branch is opened.
