Chat input box occasionally overflows the bottom boundary

Summary

The chat input box occasionally overflows below the bottom boundary of its container, causing it to appear cut off or misaligned.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Finch chat for normal conversation.
2. At times, the input box at the bottom of the chat panel extends beyond its intended boundary.
3. The bottom edge of the input box is clipped or hidden.

Expected behavior

The input box should always stay within its container bounds and be fully visible.

Actual behavior

Occasionally the input box overflows below the bottom edge, making it appear partially cut off or misaligned with the rest of the UI.

Frequency

Occasional / intermittent.
