First Step

Poke around. Was it broken before the upgrade? Is it easy to run locally at that old version?

There could be an issue with the way in which solr is setup in prod vs staging and local.

Going to try a full re-index of solr.

Full re-index didn't solve the issue. Still only shows up in production.

Indexed all of Figgy's geo documents locally. Still can't replicate.
