[Results Page and Bookmarks] Create a format pill for ebooks

User story

As a user, I would like to be able to identify online ebook holdings by seeing a badge with an icon when an electronic holding for an electronic book exists.

Desired Display

Acceptance criteria

• We add an icon that can be used when the format for display is "EBook".

Implementation notes, if any

Resources that share the format of Book and Access of Online should be considered "ebooks". Noting that current list of online formats does not include ebook, so we need to create a new icon/format pill.
