sfr1-7D (CDK sites) appears to have the same description as non CDK (handling alleles with the same published name)

I tried to fix this so the name was sfr1-7D-CDK sites

As it's the only allele remaining with a space in the name.

However, when i tried to do this:

could yu doebly check which description applies to each allele and fix if necessary |(unless its a Canto issue)

I think the alleles must be identical. The fix should also fix the remaining error message in this log file

The session has a message that explains why there are 2 sfr1-7A alleles:
"There is already a sfr1-7A allele which harbors different substitutions than the sfr1-7A allele reported in our paper. I have named sfr1-7A (CDK sites) our allele to differentiate it. In our paper context the original sfr1-7A allele was renamed sfr1-WI on sake of clarity and I have added this name as a synonym. Hope this is OK."

These seem to be 2 distinct mutants, so we will probably go with the same solution as for alp7-5A. Can I still put the sfr1-7A(CDK sites) as a synonym (are spaces fine in an allele synonym name ?) @ValWood

For the sfr1-7D, there isn't 2 alleles, but the session has sfr1-7D as a single locus genotype, and sfr1-7D (CDK sites) in multi-locus genotypes, both with the same description. So we could just call it sfr1-7D.

Yes for 7D the fix is simple, as there is only one allele from one publication.

I have renamed all of the sfr1-7A (CDK sites) from multi-locus genotypes to sfr1-7A.
So now the session has only 2 sfr1-7A alleles with the same name but different descriptions.

But when I try to rename the allele to sfr1-7a-CDK-sites, I can't save it:

There is no sfr1-7A (CDK sites) in the session anymore, but I think it is still present in Chado, causing this "Duplicate description".
@kimrutherford Any idea on how to get around that?
