"Open in Plotly" links don't work anymore?

I attempted to open at least a half dozen examples from the readme table column "Open in Plotly". All of them returned 404.

Looking into this, it appears that plotly.com at some point changed from this format: https://plotly.com/7950/~Dreamshot/ to this one: https://plotly.com/~Dreamshot/7950/.

I'm not sure when this happened, but nobody updated the links here accordingly. Nearly all of the links in that column have the same issue. I'm going to work on a PR to fix these.

Another issue I've noticed - many of the "Chart Example" links are also dead. I'll open that as a separate issue.
