Shift+highlight text auto-opens "cite" feature

Hey there, title says it all. Would love to see a feature of shift-highlighting auto-opens the cite dialog and focuses input.

Thanks for the idea! This is already being discussed in #16154, which is about citing selected assistant text without the detour to the Cite button. A comment there proposes almost exactly this: hold a modifier (Option, Command, or Shift, configurable) while releasing a selection and it cites immediately and focuses the comment box. I am closing this one as a duplicate to keep the conversation in one place, so please add your +1 or any details there.
