Would you be interested in a focused mobile contribution that builds on T3 Code's current native Duo support and gives the unfolded display a compact workspace layout?
The proposed direction keeps T3's current native appearance and hierarchy: projects/threads beside the active conversation, existing model/provider/access/Build–Plan controls inline when there is room, and existing Files/Git/Terminal actions nearby. The compact display continues the phone workflow. Layout uses size classes, container measurements, safe areas, and native reserved regions rather than a separate hard-coded screen for each pose.
The prepared implementation also includes the sizing/navigation work needed for that transition: a height-budgeted wrapping composer, reachable pending-question actions, native stack/inspector ownership across folding, and conversation follow/reading-position handling during reflow. It uses the existing server API and includes no server or contract changes.
There is a prepared branch and evidence package for discussion, not a request to merge without agreeing on scope. It currently spans 46 files, including focused tests and a small pinned Screens patch. I would appreciate explicit direction on whether this scope fits the mobile roadmap, and how you would prefer it reconciled with the overlapping composer, compact-navigation, and Settings PRs.
The native evidence uses the iPhone Duo simulator and an unmodified nightly server with disposable public sample data. Physical-device, iPad, and Android validation remain outstanding. I understand that review capacity is limited and that this may be deferred or reimplemented upstream.
