Option to hide the hover Settle button on sidebar thread rows

Problem

When I move the pointer down the sidebar to switch threads, each row shows a Settle button under the pointer. One wrong click settles the thread I meant to open. There is no setting to turn the button off.

The right-click menu on a thread row already has "Settle thread" and "Un-settle thread", so the hover button is not the only way to settle.

Proposal

A setting such as "Show Settle button on thread rows" (default on). When it is off, the row shows no Settle button on hover, and settling stays available from the right-click menu.
