I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
I am describing a concrete problem or use case, not just a vague idea.

Problem or use case
On repositories that use review bots, the PR panel's comments are mostly bot output. On a typical PR of mine, the newest entries are a StampHog verdict, two "ChatGPT Codex connector" comments, and my own @codex review summons. Below those are deploy-status, test-report and review-bot posts, and every inline finding from PostHog or Codex as its own card. The human conversation is hard to find.
The Summary tab's Comments list already has a Bot comments filter, but it's all-or-nothing:
Hiding bots also hides a bot's approval or change request, which is often the verdict you're waiting on.
It never hides comments whose only purpose is to summon a bot, like @codex review.
Bots that post a fresh verdict on every push, like StampHog, show every past verdict.
The Timeline tab has no bot filter at all.
Proposed solution
Make "hide bots" keep what still matters, and give the Timeline the same rules. The behavior follows the Quiet PRs browser extension, which does this on github.com:
Bot approvals and change requests stay. Each kind of bot review has its own keep setting.
A review thread goes with whoever started it, so an answered bot finding folds away with its reply.
Hide comments that say exactly (default @codex review): a lone comment whose whole text matches is hidden, whoever wrote it.
Show only the latest from (empty by default): for bots like StampHog, only the newest item is shown.
Hidden bot comments in the Summary list fold into one clickable line per bot run instead of vanishing.
Bot recognition can be adjusted: extra bot accounts, an always-human list, and -bot / -ci / -app name heuristics.
The Timeline gets a Bots hidden (N) toggle that uses the same rules.
All of it sits under Settings → Integrations → Pull request comments.
An implementation with before/after screenshots is in #20873. I'm happy to narrow it to whatever scope you'd accept, for example only the Summary filter changes without the Timeline default, or without the extra settings.
