Feature Request: Add "Context Window Usage" Indicator

Description

Can we add a context window usage or token consumption indicator to the thread UI?

Codex has a very intuitive way of showing this (see the screenshot below). It would be awesome to have something similar in T3 Code so we don't have to code in a "black box" and guess how much memory is left in the current session.

Closing as a duplicate of #14404 — same request for a live context-window / token usage indicator in the thread UI (Codex-style).

Meanwhile the meter already exists as an opt-in: Settings → General → Legacy features → Context window indicator (default off). #14957 would move that toggle out of Legacy.
