Steps to reproduce
ready. It installsexpo-device-hub@0.15.3andagent-device@0.21.23.Expected behavior
The simulator video streams in the Device panel. If the host's CPU architecture can't stream, the host or device should say so instead.
Actual behavior
The panel shows "No video received from the device".
device_listreports the host asreadywith iOSavailable: true.device_openboots the simulator.device_screenshotandagent-devicecontrol both work. Only the video stream fails.Root cause: every native binary in the vendored serve-sim is arm64-only.
Rosetta can't help here, because it only runs x86_64 code on Apple Silicon and not the reverse.
Suggested fix: ship x86_64 (universal) slices for serve-sim. If Intel streaming isn't supported, report it in the host's platform status, as the Android "SDK missing" reason already does, and document it in
docs/user/devices.md.Impact
Major degradation or frequent failure
