Add `-q|--quiet` options to `localias run` to suppress logs

Currently, plenty of noisy logs are streamed when I run localias run with a yaml file in pwd. Would be nice if localias supported options to suppress these logs.

Happy to help contribute if this sounds good.

Aside: Thanks for making this project, something I've been wanting for a while — been doing it manually via a global Caddy install.
