Blocked features not listed

WebAPI Manager 0.9.27

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit any site
2. Open popup panel > View blocked features

It just shows Fetching blocking information… whether there are rules or not.

I forgot to re-enable logging when I imported my rules. It works now. Except the text Fetching blocking information… is still displaying. It might be better to remove it when the information is listed.
