Things for pierre to do

Put the two py files into the make so they look for changed CSV input and make the nice database work
Put everything onto pythonanywhere so it can be used by like, real people and stuff.

Courtenay will put the data for the results into a two column, one-row-per-run format.
Pierre will make magic insert statements from that data

Courtenay will make createentriesfromdb.py work again.

The create...py with the longest name seems to work. That's the one I put in the makefile. But you can change if needed.
