Squash payjoin-ffi/uniffi feature into default behavior after dart-uniffi bindings work

We separated `payjoin-ffi/uniffi` as a feature in order to bind to Flutter Rust Bridge. After we bind payjoin-ffi dart using a plugin, we may remove this distinction, simplifying the payjoin-ffi code significantly.
