FastAPI detection and supressions.

The Ruff B008 warning is a false positive for FastAPI. FastAPI's Depends() is specifically designed to be used in default arguments, and this is the official documented pattern. Ruff doesn't understand FastAPI's dependency injection system.

Hi @paudley, I see this is a usual problem for me while working with Python frameworks and libraries :), and I can address this by configuring Ruff to ignore it (e.g., via extend-immutable-calls in pyproject.toml). Can I assign this to myself and submit a PR for the fix?

The issue is not about FastAPI false positives in this repo - it's about detecting them in other projects correctly. It will have to be a more complex suppression that detects the warning relates specifically to a FastAPI call and suppresses it only then. If you'd like to take a stab at it, you can have a look at how the existing suppressions are wired in and then tackle fastapi detection. You may be able to do that using the AST from tree-sitter that is generated for all python code; I haven't looked too deeply in this issue yet though so that may be a red herring. Let me know if you still want to tackle it and I'll take a deeper look and see if I can provide some better advice.
