From eb5cabac847d31b1dc6c2c74c54aefa418dd738f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Noah Gift Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2026 17:28:55 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] pr-gate: authorize runs on the dedicated authorize-only seat (fw16-tier2-3, paiml/infra#2107) PR Gate "authorize" starves behind long jobs on every gate-light carrier (28 queued vs 1 running at 15:08Z). Only the authorize job's runs-on changes: [self-hosted, gate-light] -> [self-hosted, authorize-only]. Merge order (arbiter-cop approved): 1. paiml/infra#2107 declares label authorize-only on org runner framework16-tier2-3 (64496), so the label exists first. 2. This change merges; authorize jobs now have a seat that matches. 3. Only then are gate-light/infra-gate stripped from 64496. Merging this before step 1 would leave authorize with no matching runner.
