Connection failed

Hi there,
i try to listen to some tracks but they cant play because there is something wrong with the connection. I got internet access and my firewall does not say that it blocks any connections or anything else, not that i see. But i still got the Connection failed pop up. What can i do and why is it like that?

Good news: your connection is fine. In your diagnostics, your device, DNS and covers all pass. Only API health fails with HTTP 503, which means our servers are temporarily unavailable.

We're currently getting a lot of traffic, and that can cause errors like this one. There's nothing to change on your side: no need to touch your firewall or network settings. Just wait a little and press Retry, and it should work again.
