Data upload issues

1. "Start contributing data" button leads to the registration of an organisation. The actual data registration can just be done via "Dashboard".
2. Not clear what "Is this dataset archived?" means. Is it still relevant?
3. When adding the source in the metadata section, it is possible to add a link. Later in the same page, the URL can be provided. Not clear which is the difference between both.
4. Also not clear which is the difference between "data provider"/"source"/"organisation".

Points 1 and 2 where worked on:

1. Start Contributing data now leads directly to the upload form if the user is logged in; or to the sign up process if the user has not registered yet.
2. An additional note was added to the dataset archived field: "An archived record is stored on TDC but not shown in the public listing of records."

Points 3 and 4 where added to our issue list here transport-data/portal#239 (comment) , to be considered for future updated of the data submission form
