Supabase Project Stuck on “Coming Up” After Unpause #46522

You will need to contact support and say Pause/Restore stuck in title. There is no user action to resolve besides checking another browser to make sure not some odd ui state issue. |

Make sure you submit a support request mentioning project stuck out of pause or similar. If you don't get a 2nd email (after the ticket) one in a few hours drop your ticket # here. I can add it to an informal queue so it gets found in general support queue. |

Added. It is the weekend though and dependent on an employee checking in a queue we have in Discord. |

hello @GaryAustin1, i have same issue with "Coming up" status. I tried submitting ticket #SU-434770, but they said they couldn't guarantee a fix for my issue because my project is on the free plan. So, could you help me? My project ID is ayyieaqvvurjnfoxvlzt. Thank you. |

Hello @GaryAustin1 my project is stuck on coming up since the past 5 days, i had put up a support request earlier, even though i got a real response later, saying that my request has been escalated theres no response since 3 days, here is my ticket id: SU-462042. Thanks |

If you got a 2nd response saying it had been moved or escalated then you have been moved to the infra queue. There is no way to escalate getting thru that team any faster than they can work tickets unless you upgrade to Pro which goes before Free. Otherwise you are in time order. I have no idea of their current backlog, but 3 days is not unheard of for sure. Our informal queue is not for cases where support has confirmed they got your ticket, only if the ticket is "lost". |

Actually I have many projects, some of them have pro version, this project
particularly does not have pro plan, but I expect a fix because there is
some data in my project which is a little important.

The will eventually handle it. Github is not monitored by staff and user mods (and staff) can't move you in the infra out of time order of those in front of you. |

My Supabase cloud project (Project ID: dwntbsyyxackhdxujbey) has been stuck on the “Coming Up” status after being unpaused and has not progressed to an active state for some time. Because of this, I am unable to access my database, use Supabase Studio, or continue development work on my application. Could you please look into whether this is a backend provisioning issue or if any action is required from my side to restore the project to a working state? Any guidance or assistance would be appreciated.
