Setting custom keybindings: Am I missing something about how to do this?

There seems to be no way to confirm a custom keybinding (v0.19.1 on Windows 11).

I am able to choose a function, click the 'edit' button, and enter the keybinding I want. It correctly picks up the keys I pressed, but then I can't confirm it. All I seem to be able to do is press Escape, and the keybinding remains unchanged. Am I missing something about how to do this, or is this a bug?
