there is indeed no file like index.html in the content/h5p/do_114367405319454720110-snapshot/

I am not sure if its an issue with the h5p content itself.

Is there any sample h5p content that i can use for testing.

uploaded the h5p-standalone-1.3.4.zip provided from the sandbox env and updated the inventory core/common.yaml
h5p_library_path: "https://xxxxx.compat.objectstorage.ap-sydney-1.oraclecloud.com/png-sunbirded-dev-content/h5p-standalone-1.3.4.zip"

and redeployed content service
