OrderlyID support added to uuinfo

Not an issue, just want to inform that the OrderlyID format was added to my ID parser/debug CLI tool: uuinfo! 🎉

Please have a look, and report me in case you find some bug.

I took a look at the uuinfo output and the parsing looks correct to me, including the bit layout and field interpretation. The visualization is very helpful for inspection and debugging.

I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if I notice any edge cases or spec mismatches. Thanks as well for including OrderlyID in your article.
