[Enh] Add synthetic systems of cities generators

It could be interesting to include synthetic/real systems of cities at the macroscale - output type when used as sampling is however a point to be solved

also including interaction dynamic models would yield more "process-based" generators than just procedural central-place/zipf law stuff : see this repository
