Develop an authn authz solution. explore using https://github.com/openfga/openfga for example.
- need user authn
- need to be able to define roles for users
- RBAC on roles themselves and users
- need to be able to define filters per user (so that user 1 cannot see namespaces user2 is allowed to see and etc)
- develop user account management experience in OC
