There is currently an implementation of navbar on the branch devel:
The four cards must be implemented somewhere else (navbar, footer or additional pages).
The red cards with the welcoming message must be removed too.
The linktree must be scattered among those links, and the ones that don't exist must be created with a placeholder.
After that, make the PR against devel, not master.
Now master is clean and safe to use.
