gni/src/gnix_fabric.c: some useless code inside _gnix_ep_getinfo()

In the code of gnix_ep_getinfo() function at lines 494-499, tx and rx_ context counters change to hints values after check passed. At line 654 we do it again inside ofi_alter_info().

Not at the moment. Did you want to grab it? It is fairly low priority as I understand it.
