ADR-0087 exemption (runtime-interface-only): The one narrowing is a runtime check of a published runtime class: `PluginLoader` refuses a plugin object's `signature` that no host recorded a verdict for. No Zod schema, no spec declaration and no stored representation carries that field or the verdict, so there is nothing for the metadata migration to rewrite and no tombstone; what an out-of-repo host changes is its own code, as the Migration paragraph says.
