From be29e66cdf5d8ab7b9134bf8640898ffe809996d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Suhas Siriprole Date: Fri, 9 Oct 2026 18:58:48 +0530 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] feat: play animated HTML compositions with a timeline player Pages with a HyperFrames timeline (window.__timelines / __player), plain GSAP, or finite CSS/WAAPI animations report {duration, t, playing} over the frame port. The viewer shows a player bar (play/pause, scrub, 0.5x/1x, frame step, loop, space/arrow keys), and comments get seekable [m:ss] timestamps. Adds a Motion section to the agent skill. Also covers `postplan.db`, the built-in per-site document store with REALTIME subscriptions — reach for this on "realtime page", "live dashboard", "page that updates itself", "push updates from my backend/script/cron to a page", a form/poll/board that collects submissions, or any page whose data changes after deploy. Also hosts no-build React SPAs (import-map recipe included) and mermaid diagrams.\n---\n\n# Postplan CLI\n\n`postplan` uploads a local folder to a Postplan instance (static hosting on Cloudflare Workers) and returns a URL. It\'s a single self-contained binary — nothing else to install.\n\n## Install\n\n```bash\ncurl -fsSL /api/install | sh\n```\n\nThis drops the `postplan` binary on your PATH (pre-pointed at that instance) and it keeps itself up to date. Run `postplan` with no arguments to list every command.\n\nThe same native CLI is also available through npm when Node 20+ is installed:\n\n```bash\nnpx @notsuhas/postplan login\nnpm install --global @notsuhas/postplan\n```\n\nSet `POSTPLAN_API_URL` explicitly when using npm with a self-hosted instance. npm-managed installations update through npm; `postplan upgrade` is reserved for standalone installations.\n\nThe installer also adds this bundled skill to every detected Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, or shared Agent Skills directory. To control that separately:\n\n```bash\npostplan skill install --target auto\npostplan skill install --target codex --dry-run\n```\n\n## Target instance\n\nThe CLI talks to `POSTPLAN_API_URL` (default `http://localhost:8787`). It\'s read on **every** command. For a self-hosted deploy:\n\n```bash\nexport POSTPLAN_API_URL=https://postplan.example.com\n```\n\nPut it in your shell profile to make it permanent. Token + URL are saved to `~/.postplan/config.json`.\n\n## Commands\n\n| command | what it does |\n|---|---|\n| `postplan login` | device-code flow: prints a URL + code, opens a browser, polls until you approve, saves the token |\n| `postplan deploy [--space ] [--name ] [--notes ] [--feedback-batch ] [--yes] [--json]` | uploads a file or folder, optionally linked to explicitly sent feedback |\n| `postplan list [--json]` | lists your sites — `space/slug visibility url` |\n| `postplan delete [--yes] [--dry-run]` | previews, confirms, or deletes a site |\n| `postplan move ` | moves a site to another space you belong to (keeps its files, comments, shares) |\n| `postplan fork [--space ] [--name ]` | copies a site you can open into your own space — your copy, to edit freely |\n| `postplan comments [--file ] [--open] [--json]` | prints a site\'s review comments as a markdown digest (or raw JSON) |\n| `postplan reply [message] [--tag
