Confirmation menu, other qol features

I've been maintaining a fork with some changes I wanted to see over here, but I figured I'd see if there is any interest to pull these changes into the main repository before attempting to make a pull request.

1. Confirmation menu when adding/removing cards, including an image in the terminal using kitty's image protocol.
2. Track whether certain cards are in a deck or not, and the ability to omit 'used' cards from searches.

Im very keen on integrating most of the things in serra. Regarding of the kitty-img thing im not entriely sure. Need to look into more detail here because im not familiar with the kitty protcol right now.

Feel free to open PRs that you'd like to see in serra and we can discuss each topic individually. But beware i see your repo is a bit outdated and I did a shitload of improvements in march 2026, mostly streamlining stuff that was hackish/duplicate in the from the beginning.

The graphics escape code

All graphics escape codes are of the form:

<ESC>_G<control data>;<payload><ESC>\

This is a so-called Application Programming Command (APC). Most terminal emulators ignore APC codes, making it safe to use.

The control data is a comma-separated list of key=value pairs. The payload is arbitrary binary data, [base64](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4648.html) encoded to prevent interoperation problems with legacy terminals that get confused by control codes within an APC code. The meaning of the payload is interpreted based on the control data.

The first step is to transmit the actual image data.
