[BUG] Bitwarden clear Clipboard Setting doesn't work

Bug description

The Setting isn't working at all. I can paste after 60 seconds, if set to 30 Seconds, for example.

Also it would be great to not have a copied Password in the clipboard history at all (via a Setting preferably).

Steps to reproduce

1. Set Setting
2. Copy something via bitwarden launcher, i.e. /bw battle.net
3. Wait set time + 1
4. Paste - it shouldn't work. It does work though.

Expected behavior

After time+1, the clipboard should be cleared.

Actual behavior

After time+1, Clipboard is not cleared.

Bitwarden itself works fine, just that one option doesn't bite.
