[nvtop][BUG] Panel does not close when already open, unlike other panels

Bug description

Clicking a widget that toggles the panel does not close it if the panel is opened; instead, it reopens the panel

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a sysmon widget to the panel using the GPU Usage stat
2. Click the added sysmon widget in the panel. The default behavior on left click is the control center panel opens, then click the widget again, the control center panel closes
3. Change the left click action of the sysmon widget to panel-toggle tordex/nvtop
4. Click the sysmon widget in the panel. The behavior on left click is the panel opens, then click the widget again, the panel opens again

Expected behavior

The panel closes if it is already open, following the behavior of other panel toggles

Actual behavior

Panel does not close when already open, unlike other panels

Looks like a bug in Noctalia. Removing context fixes issue. So if you specify panel-toggle tordex/nvtop for panel-toggle it works as expected. But if you specify any context for example panel-toggle tordex/nvtop mem panel is reopened on widget click.

I raised a bug in noctalia repo.
