DAWE Engine: Git workspace manager

Part of #144 (DAWE POC epic).

Wire git workspace management into the core:

• Branch existence check (local + remote)
• Branch checkout before each agent launch (agents must work on the correct branch)
• Branch creation at phase start (engine takes over this responsibility from AA)

Commits and pushes remain the agent's responsibility.
