Not a problem so much as a feature which is present in other cookbook apps - somewhere to write notes about the recipe which do not fall under the existing Info Blocks

Add a Notes section to the Info Blocks

There isn't really another Info Block that is suitable for adding notes about a recipe (i.e. things like: "perhaps roast the veg before using")
